What fun! This 14-minute video answers such questions as:

1. What is the origin of the California roll? (I knew this!)
   
2. What is the origin of sushi? (It's considered a delicacy but no thank you!)
   
3. What about unique sushi toppings? (Another hard NO!)
   
4. Who brought salmon to sushi? (I didn't know this. However, I do know that Japan has 2 different names for salmon – one for salmon that can be eaten raw and then another name for all the other kinds.)
   
5. What does the biggest sushi roll look like? And the smallest? (Wow!)
