Nakanoshima Rose Garden (2)
This is a continuation of the blog post on May 25th. Each photo caption includes the name of the rose, the type, where the variety was created, and the year of creation.
Lovely sets of photos. We visited Wrigley Gardens (of Wrigley gum fame) in Pasadena earlier this week. Pasadena is famous for the Rose Bowl and the garden is the source for many roses used in the parade. We were a little late to catch them in full bloom, but I got some good photos.
Oh, so glad you enjoyed them, Alan! The Wrigley Garden sounds wonderful! Looking forward to seeing your photos! It was a bit too late here too but I'm glad I went regardless.
