The Ezra Klein Show podcasts are always interesting but this one is especially so. It's entitled "This Conversation About the "Reading Mind" is a Gift." It's the kind of podcast that you listen to and immediately think, I need to listen to that again! Enjoy! (If this is behind a paywall, you can find the show on your podcast app.)

A dear friend keeps recommending interesting podcasts to follow. The latest one is Your Undivided Attention which explores the "incredible power that technology has over our lives – and how we can use it to catalyze a humane future." This one, their latest podcast, was especially interesting! If you are interested in how language is used, politically or otherwise, then this is for you.
"Sometimes the best way forward involved removing, streamlining and simplifying things."
This Hidden Brain podcast on doing less was fascinating and very insightful. The description below may make the topic seem quite serious but, in fact, it's very accessible. Marie Kondo even makes an appearance. Enjoy! The Hidden Brain: Do Less https://hidden-brain.simplecast.com/episodes/do-less-IT5Py5s_ Last week a colleague and I were talking about sleep patterns and how ours had changed over the years. We puzzled over a few things and left it at that. Well, today, by chance, I came across this podcast in which Russell Foster, an expert on circadian neuroscience, addressed some of our exact questions. The interview was interesting and informative – so much so that I plan to listen to it again.
